Eli Magids

Hey everyone, it is Eli Magids coming to you from Charlotte, actually just south of Charlotte in Matthews. Matthews is a town right next to Charlotte, just south of the Charlotte town line. Part of Matthews is in Union County, part of it is in Mecklenburg County. I am at a development subdivision here in Matthews called the Brookhaven.

Brookhaven is relatively new. The homes are built by a home builder called John Weiland. John Weiland is a luxury home builder. He also is the builder at Longview which is another development in Union County, just on the other side of Union County. This development does not have a golf course. It does have a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts.

I'm gonna take you for a quick tour...

The price of the houses here range from, I’d say $500,000 to maybe $700,000 or $750,000 depending on lot size, house size, obviously. Very, very nice neighborhood. Relatively convenient. The houses inside are gorgeous. Like I said, John Weiland is a luxury home builder, so they’re usually full of all kinds of good stuff inside. Some of the backyards are a little bit small for my liking. But I guess that’s why they make so many different types of homes.
