Eli Magids

Hey everybody, it is Eli Magids. You can see a little timber wolf in my screen over there. I'm here in Rockwell, North Carolina at a place called Tiger World.

Tiger World is a non-profit rescue for tigers, wolves, bears, any animal that’s been injured, hurt, so on and so forth. It is about 45 minutes from south Charlotte, 20 minutes from north Charlotte. It’s very reasonable – it’s good for about an hour and a half or so, you can bring in picnic lunch, beautiful place, lots of fun.

And you’re saying, “Eli, you’re a Charlotte  real estate dude, why are you showing me Tiger World?” So what I'm trying to do essentially is to show you neighbourhoods that you might want to live in or at least you can look at. I'm trying to tell you about things that are important in buying and selling a house and I'm also trying to show you things that I really like about living in Charlotte,NC and things that are close by and things that I usually frequent.
