1.) I work from the heart. I truly am here to help you find the home that you are looking for. I will do my darndest to make sure that we find you the right home together as a team. I know Charlotte very well.
I will set you up on a Client Gateway, where you will get your own personal site. It will automatically e-mail you homes that fit your criteria. Anyone can do that, but I personally go through the homes online as well, trying to find you the "right one". I can, if you wish, personally visit the home to see if it may be a potential fit. This helps streamline the process for you, no matter where in the world you may be.
2.) I follow local, national and international home and building statistics closely. As far as hyperlocal statistics, I watch them almost daily. I know what has been selling, for how much, and how long it took to sell.
So how does this help you as a buyer? It allows you to know and feel comfortable making an offer, knowing that I will not let you overpay for your home. Simple as that. I want you to know that I ALWAYS have you and your family's best interests in mind!
3.) Honesty and Mutual trust are essential. I promise to be honest with you, sometimes to a fault. I will always give you the facts you need to make an informed decision. Trust is something I pride myself in. I know that for most of us, buying a home is the single biggest transaction that we will ever encounter. I take this responsibility very seriously, and I treat each and every client's transaction (and money!) as if it were my own.
4.) I am a great negotiator,and I will do whatever it takes to get you the best price possible, for as little as possible! Now that doesn't mean free, but it means I will fight for you, tooth and nail!
