I will set you up on a Client Gateway, where you will get your own personal site. It will automatically e-mail you homes that fit your criteria. Anyone can do that, but I personally go through the homes online as well, trying to find you the "right one". I can, if you wish, personally visit the home to see if it may be a potential fit. This helps streamline the process for you, no matter where in the world you may be.
2.) I follow local, national and international home and building statistics closely. As far as hyperlocal statistics, I watch them almost daily. I know what has been selling, for how much, and how long it took to sell.
So how does this help you as a buyer? It allows you to know and feel comfortable making an offer, knowing that I will not let you overpay for your home. Simple as that. I want you to know that I ALWAYS have you and your family's best interests in mind!

Trust is something I pride myself in. I know that for most of us, buying a home is the single biggest transaction that we will ever encounter.
